Maintenance Supervisor - Facilities Maintenance - St Pauls, City of London 

My client is a growing building maintenance service provider with an expanding portfolio of buildings across central London. Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to look after a standout property in St Pauls, City of London. 

As the Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the engineering operation across the property. This will include managing sub contractors, logbooks and communication with the client. The ideal candidate will come from a similar environment, with the motivation to progress into a Contract Managers role and take lead within this role. 

Job Specification:

• 2 x Engineer Team 
• Weekly meetings with the onsite client, and monthly site reports
• Responding to any reactive and the planned maintenance to plant throughout the floors such as: lighting, BMS alarms, AHU's, FCUs, ventilation systems, minor installation of sockets and fixtures, fire alarm tests, generators and water treatment to name a few. 
• Ensure strong communication clients 
• Manage workload accordingly 
• Managing logbooks onsite
• Organise sub contract labour.
• Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures 

Salary & Package:

• £45,000.00 Per Annum + Overtime 
• Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 17:00

The Person: 

• City & Guilds/NVQ or BTEC in Electrical Engineering 
• Demonstrate strong communication and people skills
• Able to write report and carry out quotes.

• Smart and presentable.
