The positions of Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager have become available to join a very successful team based in Kent with a hugely successful main contractor working in the civils and water sector
The succesful Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager should have experience in the Water & Civils Sector
The project Manager will work on water supply and wastewater treatment works in Kent & Sussex
Responsibilities of the Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager
- Project delivery
- Liaise with Design Team
- procurement strategy
- Monitor activities and Project Performance
- Prepare Monthly Client Progress Reports
- delivery of the specific contract's requirements
- Resource works appropriately
- Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
- Produce and manage contract programme
- Provide suitable bid support at tender stage
- Assist with all commercial aspects and monitor contract costs
Ideal Role Requirements of the Project Manager
- Degree level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HND in Civil Engineering and vocational training in Engineering
- Understanding of engineering principles
- Previous project management experience on large scale projects
- Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
- Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
- Must be customer focused by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
- Experience in the water and civils sector
