My client in Keighley is looking for a Service & Project Coordinator due to expansion.
About the job: Full time: Monday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm // Friday 8am – 2pm

Responsibilities:
·Managing current service contracted customers including planning and renewals
• Helping maximise value and quality of service offered to customers
·Managing service parts stock levels
·Finalising paperwork before and after service visits
·Possible occasional hands-on work, particularly during training
·Assisting with calls from customers
·Generating quotes
·Assisting Head of Projects with planning and execution of projects The ideal person:
·Positive, confident and proactive
·Experienced with Microsoft Office
• A strong focus on customer service
·Excellent communication and attention to detail
