Salary: £34K - £37K Basic (OTE £60K) + Company Vehicle, Pension, Laptop etc.

Company Description:
A globally recognised manufacturer of cranes are looking to recruit Field Services Engineers to join their team due to further growth and expansion.
The successful candidate will lead the commissioning and site acceptance testing processes for cranes at customers sites located worldwide.
Responsibilities as Field Service Engineer:
- Commission and install cranes, carrying out electrical and mechanical system testing to ensure health & safety is complied with.
- Testing and validation - implement testing procedures (both electrical and mechanical)
- Complete commissioning reports including test results, systems configurations and any engineering changes.
- Troubleshoot control systems, sensors and mechanical components whilst commissioning.
- Liaise with design engineers to identify commissioning challenges.
- Ensure Quality and HSE compliance are adhered to - carrying out safety assessments
- Troubleshoot and optimise issues during the commissioning process
- Train end users and ensure fully competent before hand-over.
Skills & Experience required as Field Service Engineer:
- Hold a NVQ Level 3 OR HND in either Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering
- Be an experienced Crane Engineer installing/commissioning & servicing.
- Industry standards knowledge relating to cranes.
- Experience in commissioning electrical & mechanical components - including control systems, sensors and automation technologies.
- Must have demonstrable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Prepared to travel UK and Overseas regularly.
