Position Overview:
As a Quantity Surveyor (PQS) with our client, you will play a key role in managing project costs, ensuring budget compliance, and delivering successful construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts to achieve optimal pricing.
- Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and forecasting.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (PQS) in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost management principles.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Autodesk Revit).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
