Quantity Surveyor – Reginonal

A great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a large and growing contractor in the south. The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a successful team in an ambitious and growing company working on construction and infrastructure projects around the south and south west of England.

The opportunity would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor, ideally with some experience working previously for a subcontractor.  The successful Quantity Surveyor will likely have the following qualifications and experience.

Person Profile

• Sound understanding of the JCT forms of contract – some exposure to NEC would be an advantage but not essential
• Keen attention to detail
• Work well independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers whilst maintaining assertiveness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management.
