We require a project administrator with strong communication and planning skills to work for a firm that is a specialist service provider to Yorkshire Water. The firm, via the work from field engineers, provide wastewater network monitoring and clean water leakage reduction.
Project Administrator – The Role
Duties include:
- Liaise with field engineers on a daily basis offering remote support
- To update engineer workpacks and assist with daily workloads
- Accurate data entry using internal spreadsheets and the updating and completion of corporate reporting suites and databases
- Routine office tasks such as updating and filing engineers’ reports, ordering supplies etc.
Project Administrator – Person specification
- Planning and organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A good telephone manner
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Computer literate with experience of Windows and Excel
- Previous experience working with an organisation that employs field engineers is an advantage
Project Administrator – Benefits Package
- A starting salary of £22,000pa
- The starting salary could be higher for a candidate with relevant water sector experience
- Salaries then rise by £1,000/pa every 6 months to £26,000pa

- 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 20 days holiday (plus 8 Bank Holidays) - 28 days in total
