Are you an Electrical Installation Engineer seeking a new varied and challenging role in the heart of Lancashire?

If so, a market leading engineering company, who can boast a world class manufacturing facility, have a great opportunity for you!

They are seeking an Electrical Installation/Facilities Engineer to join their growing team, where you will be responsible for planning, maintaining, and implementing optimised strategies for site facility and infrastructure assets across the business. Working in a team environment, the you will be involved in the day-to-day and strategical plant facilities maintenance, project planning and site improvement projects.

This role will be incredibly varied where no one day will the same. You could be involved in a variety of projects from installing machinery in the new factory that is being built, repairing or installing products such as CCTV or solar panels on site, and general fault finding and optimisation of site assets.

Due to the varied responsibilities in this position the required skills are as follows:

  • Minimum 17th edition wiring reg certificate (the company will be progressing to 19th edition next year and you will be trained on this too)
  • Machinery installation experience
  • General facilities maintenance experience
  • Time Served
  • IPAF trained
  • Part P Installation Certificate
  • Problem Solver
  • UK Driving Licence essential due to multi-site role
