We currently have a vacancy for a Site Equipment Operative to work with an expanding construction/plant based company in Southampton.

The position will be very rewarding for a candidate who is looking for a career, using initiative, enjoys travelling and working outdoors and who is looking to complete training to be fully qualified within an industry and increase their earnings.

Full training is offered for interested candidates, no direct experience is required and ex-military or construction staff are welcomed.

The role will be physically demanding and can involve working in harsh environments with irregular working hours and working away from home which is subsidised financially with accomodation and vehicle/travel provided.

The working hours will be Monday-Friday (42.5hrs) with overtime paid at any weekends worked and for time away and this role will be temporary to permanent over 12 weeks.
