I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading Hard FM services provider for a role based in Dartford. The person will be responsible for a portfolio of PPM contracts of between £800k to 1 million in value, taking overall contractual, operational and financial responsibility for these.
  
Duties & Responsibilities
  
  • Focal to ensuring assigned contracts are provided the existing/needed operational and technical standard of service delivery across all works on site.
  • Ensure, with support from H&S parties, all works on site are delivered in a safe manner with all H&S company protocols adhered, escalating any queries or incidents immediately to internal parties, supporting with required resolution thereafter.
  • Ensure that contracts are operated in accordance with the company’s procedures, operational and financial processes, Client Contract KPI’s and work instructions.
  • Responsible for the management and reporting of budgets and their expenditure.
  • Ensure all works/records/compliance data are kept UTD on site and in the back office to the appropriate standards.
  • Operate within financial budget constraints providing services which are cost effective and fit for purpose.
  • Overall responsibility for process and site conduct on your contracts, of all staff either directly or indirectly employed covering services for which the company are responsible, escalating any issues to the relevant Department Management.
  • Develop operating procedures and policies to achieve best working practices.
  • To meet all key performance and management indicators within the contract and company alike.
  
Skills Required
  
  • Experience in HTM , Specifical HTM 03, would be preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in hospital environment either public or private sector.
  • Ability to accurately estimate HVAC work. On more complex issues/quotes Dept. Management will support
  • Proven track record of managing account P&L for multiple contracts.
  • Ability to lead and foster a positive working environment.
  • Ability to understand and communicate basic mechanical concepts and works and basic technical strategies.
  • Solid organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic - results driven.
  • Ability to multi-task job responsibilities.
  • Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, CAFM – training to be provided.
  • Experience of working within a challenging Service + Maintenance related environment either within the field and/or office.
  • Adept in providing solutions to client needs, together with maximising potential sales opportunities.
  • Industry or HVAC experience & qualifications would be an advantage.
Package
  • Up to £65,000 basic salary
