Our client are one of the UK’s largest & leading Independent systems integrators of Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS). You will also be required to be on call for emergency or breakdown purposes, on a rota basis (Standby allowance)

Role Purpose:

As a BEMS Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the building management systems to ensure optimal performance across a number of clients within the Central London / Kent region.  The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing building control systems to ensure the smooth operation and will have experience and knowledge of Siemens Desigo XWorks.


What you will be doing:

As a BMS Support Service Engineer you will be conducting proactive and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and carrying out remedial works to rectify issues on building control systems in accordance with the service level agreement, this includes carrying out small repairs & remedial works.  You will be part of the team that responds to customer service calls in the event of a system failure as well as providing routine inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

What experience you'll have:

  • Experience with systems such as Siemens and Trend, as well as familiarity with Tridium and IQ Vision would be advantageous
  • You must have experience of working within the building controls industry, as well as have an understanding of mechanical plant.
  • You will have proven diagnostic skills and be able to systematically identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Full UK driving licence

You will also be required to be on call for emergency or breakdown purposes, on a rota basis (Standby allowance)
