Control Systems Engineer - Automation, Projects, Leadership
Worcester
~£40 – 60,000 pa (Negotiable on experience) + ~£10,000 bonus
25 days holiday + banks (33 total)
Bonuses: Working away (+£75pd / ~£6,500pa), On-call 1/6w (+£60pd / £3,500pa)
Specialist Training provided (client-specific)
Daytime hours, Monday to Friday
Duties:
- Programming PLC from scratch, SCADA, etc. (DCS a bonus)
- Performing modifications to existing software
- Commissioning (approx. 30% of role based on customer sites – 80/20 split UK/international – all accommodation & expenses paid)
- Project Management, ideally with understanding of full 'cradle-to-grave' process
- Leadership - Willing & able to provide guidance, impart technical knowledge, and act as a mentor for others when required.
