We are pleased to be working with our client on the outskirts of Newmarket to recruit for several production operatives to join their large processing facility.

This is a full time, permanent role and there are 3 fixed shifts available – Days, Mid Shifts and Nights and we are inviting applicants to discuss their preference at initial screening stage.

Standards hours of work range between 37 – 40 hour per week and there are huge opportunities for overtime.

We are looking for people with the following skills or experience:

• Metal work
• Machine Operation (Preferable CNC or similar)
• Construction
• Mig or Tig Welding
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Confident using heavy duty production tools and machinery

The production operative role is a key role in the operation and will involve loading product into machinery ready to be cut down, shotblasted or painted to client specification. The role can be physically demanding, and the production operatives must be able to demonstrate an excellent awareness of Health and Safety protocols due to the nature of the environment.

Full forklift training will be provided to successful applicants and makes up part of this role.
