Dear prospective candidate, please take a minute to read below before applying for this position:

My name is Chris, and I am the recruiter responsible for hiring into this position.

I have been fortunate enough to have worked with this organisation for over 6 years now, and in this time, managed to successfully place dozens of individuals into a variety of roles within the company, mostly within Engineering/Maintenance positions.

I am happy to say that 95% of them are still there too!

I have watched this organisation double in size over the years and one thing has always been clear to me as they grew – They really look after their employees.

Since January for instance, they reviewed their benefits package, and increased the annual leave to 25 days per annum, along with an improved Pension Scheme and many more bells & whistles along the way.

They regularly offer training and development opportunities to staff and are always open to discussing how and where people can move their careers forward within the company.

So… This is why you should apply for this job:

  • The company will provide you with all the support and tools needed to do your job well
  • They will encourage you to utilise your skills & experience and provide a platform for you to develop further
  • They can offer you job security with an excellent salary and benefits package
  • They can offer you a job where you are challenged daily, in interesting ways that will allow you to ‘think outside the box’ a little more often
  • They work with some very exclusive clients, including High-End Retail Brands among many other more Commercial clientele
