My client based near Banbury is an In House Injection Moulding Company seeking a Team Leader for their expanding business

• Salary: £30,000 - £40,000
• Shift: 3 on, 3 off (Days and night's, 12 hour shifts)

Main purpose:

As Team Leader your role will be to assist management of a team of people to achieve required quality cost and delivery targets.

Team Leader Main responsibilities:

• To make sure the team operate to the required run at rates and question any misses to target
• To execute production plan
• To achieve production output within the required quality target.
• To check that works instructions are used are followed.
• To ensure required collection of data from the shift is gathered
• To monitor results, and take relevant action.
• To liaise with planning team on plan adherence stock issues
• To produce shop floor documentation as required

General responsibilities:

• To work as part of a team.
• To work safely using required PPE as per relevant risk assessments.
• To participate fully and actively in the development of Manufacturing’s capabilities.
• To create and maintain a ‘can do’ attitude which provides internal and external customers with an outstanding level of customer service.
• Any other duties which may reasonably be required by the post holders Line Manager or Director
