Lead Planner

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Planner to join our engineering team. The Lead Planner will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lead planning, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of engineering processes and principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Manage the supply chain and inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
  • Overseeing and optimizing our production processes

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project planning and scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • experience as a Planner or Scheduler within the engineering sector, with a track record of managing complex projects.
  • proficiency in project planning tools and software, such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • the supply chain and inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary
  • analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • communication and interpersonal skills.
  • to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • MRP Experience
