Plant Manager

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

What you'll be doing;

  • Reporting to the Head of ERF Operations, you will be responsible for leading a large and successful operational team, consisting of technical experts and operative staff.
  • You will have overall responsibility and direct accountability for all the operational and maintenance activities, team performance and development, and overall safety of the Energy Recovery Facility Operation.
  • Driving high levels of contract performance.
  • Responsible for the delivery of the client contract and compliance.
  • Assisting in establishing annual goals and objectives while supporting the strategy for the business unit.
  • Maintaining profit and loss ratios and preparing annual budgets.
  • Delivering operational efficiencies and cost-saving solutions.
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Liaising with relevant experts within your region and across the business to design and implement technical solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.



What we're looking for;

  • Previous technical experience from a continuous process background.
  • A demonstrable background in engineering
  • Strong leadership and development skills.
  • Previous experience of working at a senior level.
  • Negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Familiar with Industrial health and safety compliance.
