Project Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to support a large framework agreement involving multiple projects that will contribute to Dockyard infrastructure upgrades. The role will be based out of our client's head office in Southampton.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the maintenance of project-related documents and spreadsheets
- Issue certificates for materials, etc
- Support the writing of project plans and insert relevant documents into them
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines
- Collaborate with internal team members and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and deadlines
Job Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, particularly within an engineering/manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- An understanding of the maritime industry would be beneficial
