The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to our continued success and expansion within the rail industry.

Key Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the rail sector
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and forming long-term partnership
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue stream
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activit
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, demonstrating the value of our client’s services
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in business development within rail, with knowledge of Network Rail and Tier 1 contractors.
