Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading material handling manufacturer who are looking to recruit a new service coordinator to schedule and manage the service requirements around Exeter. With a competitive salary & annual bonus scheme plus numerous other benefits, this is a great opportunity for an experienced coordinator interested in a new role.


Responsibilities

· Engaging in regular communication with clients & service team

· Planning and coordinating diaries for service engineers

· Managing customer queries and handling unexpected delays

· Providing excellent customer service and being a brand ambassador for the company


Requirements

It is essential that you have experience of working within a customer service environment, ideally within the material handling industry but the company will also review candidates from a similar background such as plant or automotive. It is highly desirable you have working experience with a SAP system. It is also desirable that you have a high-level of IT proficiency and have experience with the most up-to-date software. The role will require a dynamic individual as the environment will be demanding. Due to the requirements of the role, you will need to live within a commutable distance of the company’s office in Exeter.
