Salary:                 £43,000 to £50,000 per annum

Hours of Work:     40 Hours Monday - Friday

Type:                   Permanent

Start Date:           Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

We are hiring for a Construction Project Manager for a property developer based in Birmingham.

Duties of an Project Manager

• Hands on assistance and general building duties.
• Overseeing various small works.
• Maintaining construction standards across all projects.
• Managing activities of all site operatives.

It is essential that you have the following experience, licence or skills;

• 5-years relevant experience.
• Commercial fit-out experience.
• General building knowledge and experience on the tools.
• Strong understanding and adherence to Health and Safety best practice.
• Full Drivers Licence.
