Job Title:                 Contracts Manager - Roofing

Location:                 Corby

Salary:                   £35,000 to £42,000 per annum

Hours of Work:       45 Hours Monday - Friday

Type:                     Permanent

Start Date:             Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

We are hiring for a Contracts Manager for a Roofing contractor based in Corby, Northamptonshire.

Duties of a Contracts Manager

• Primary contact for site teams, clients and contractors
• Managing Staff and contractors
• Responsible for multiple contracts at any one time
• Surveys and quotations
• Material orders

It is essential that you have;

• Roofing experience is essential
• Experience with drawings and take-offs
• Full Drivers Licence.

It would be beneficial to the role if you also had;

• SMSTS, CSCS useful but not essential
