Role:Fabric Engineer
Hours: Mon to Fri 8am-5pm
Rate: £24/25ph then £36,000 -37,000 per annum
Location: City of London
Client: World Leading FM Provider

The site is a commercial education space which is in operation for the client as one of their many sites across London. The size of the team is 5 engineers across the site including a working supervisor.

As The Fabric Maintenance Engineer Your Duties Will Be:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) & Reactive Maintenance
• Minor electrical works, bulb changes, tiling, carpentry, door installtion and fixes, door handle fixing, painting.

Qualifications needed:

• (Desired) Any NVQ or C&G qualifications
• Core trade qualifications
