Responsibilities for Senior Maintenance Technician
- Carry out service and maintenance work.
- Overseeing mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance and small works.
- Work on hard Facilities Management.
- Working across three sites.
Requirements for Senior Maintenance Technician
- 18th Edition
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- Reactive maintenance
- Commercial environments experience
- Experience in Electrical Installation
- Good communication.
- Full UK Driving Licence
