The Role

• Manage customer inquiries from inception to order fulfilment, involving consultation, thorough review, and understanding of customer requirements.
• Confirm and accurately quote the correct product specification by comprehending relevant Bill of Material and Technical Datasheets.
• Collaborate with production personnel to address any issues on open orders or repair requirements promptly.
• Effectively communicate with customers and internal departments, showcasing your ability to work under pressure as a valuable team member.

The Candidate

• Ideally educated to HND/HNC Level in Engineering
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Bill of Material and Technical Datasheets is a plus.

This role would be ideal for any of the following

• Recent graduate engineers with mechanical backgrounds
• Technicians/Engineers - Looking to move into a sales environment
• Already established Internal Sales Engineers - looking to take the next step in their career

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8.00 am - 4.20 pm

Friday: 8.00 am - 3.00 pm
