AS-Built Fibre Planner

Our client is looking for an experience AS-Built Fibre Planner to update and maintain fibre solutions for secure customer connectivity.

The ideal AS-Built Fibre Planner will be completely familiar with the use of GIS applications, able to capture data efficiently, and hold excellent oral and written communication skills, allowing yourself to develop key relationships both internal & external.

The AS-Built Fibre Planner would be responsible for:

• Interact with Design & Build function to data capture HLD & LLD and As-Built for secure customer connectivity.
• Update and Maintain fibre inventory in Smallworld PNI as per the As-Built received from supply chain with required quality as per process.
• Engage and coordinate with other teams as well as internal & external stakeholders to resolve queries and acquire support.
• Validate requests and allocated fibres in the internal tie cable for secure customer orders.
• Validate As-Built submitted by supply chain to ensure the as-built pack complies to internal standards.
• Ensure all internal documentations & databases are updated as per As-Built process.
• Raise queries with supply chain for lack of data in as built packs.

Key Performance Indicators:

• As-built pack validation and approval within 5 business days from submission.
• As-built update in inventory within 10 business days from pack submission.
• Quality of Inventory update should be >98%.
• Measure application to be processed within 5 business days from submission.
• Pay cert to be issued for submitted measures every Monday >5 business days from submission.

We would welcome applicants with the following qualifications & skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Security Cleared (Essential)
• Previous Fibre Planning experience.
• Experience in using GIS Applications; Smallworld GIS, PNI, PRM & GSA (3 Years).
