£28,000 - £30,000 + Industry training + Share Options + 4 on 4 off + Days Based

Are you a Supervisor / Team Leader, from a manufacturing background looking to join a leading company offering a shifts based role with specialist training and long term progression?

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to oversee and provide technical support to a team of operators. You will need to be a keen problem solver as you would need to be reactive to the needs of the factory.

This position is ideal for a supervisor/ team leader from a factory production background looking to join a market leader.
