Audio Design Engineer (Audio Application Engineer)

My AV client who works across a variety of sectors such as Hospitality, Education, Live Events, Entertainment and Private Businesses, is seeking an experienced AV Applications Engineer whose specialism is AUDIO.

As the Application Engineer, you will aid the Sales, Project Managers and Application team with the implementation of Audio, Video, and Lighting designs - mainly Audio. This is a client facing role so experience with such is essential.

You will be responsible for creating effective audio designs that enhance the impact and immersivity of entertainment venues for our clients. As such, you will have a strong technical background with experience of bringing artistic concepts to life through audio installations.

Duties:

• Contribution of creating/commissioning system design details for diverse installation projects
• Support and link with sales team in relation to quoting and technical requirements from the primary stages of projects through to completing quotations
• Accountable for general high-level technical calls
• Accountable for field service call outs and maintenance of integrations across existing and developing projects
• Support with client training experiences, ensuring installations are being successfully operated by the end user
• Support Integration's project managers in delivering projects to agreed provisions
• Communicate effectively and professionally with third parties and customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to build and manage customer relationships and passing on leads

About you:

• You will be an Audio expert
• You will have expeirence designing and commissioning
• Experience of Q SYS or equivalent
• AutoCAD knowledge / experience
