Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Inspector for our client based in Witham on a permanent basis.

Main purpose of the role will be doing a full inspection of all manufactured products from start to finish. Using company process, comprehensive inspection of all stock, documenting every aspect against the relevant works order.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Inspecting of samples batches of balances for correct strength and straightness.
• Cleaning product to the company standard process ensuring correct labelling is in place.
• Carrying out any required minor repairs to all products at the end of the production process during the inspection.
• Implementing the continued production improvement programme activities.
• Inspection of bought in goods by a 3rd party manufactured product.
• Proactively embrace Total Quality Management through the production.
• process abiding by the company’s ISO 45001 accreditation policy standard.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

• Experience in quality control.
• Experience in inspection of product and window fabrication.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Working hours are Monday – Thursday 06:00 – 14:30 / Friday 06:00 – 14:00
