Senior Air Quality Consultant

My client is an internationally renowned multi-disciplinary enterprise specialising in design, architecture, environmental, and building consultancy services. With a presence on 6 continents and over 450 global locations, the company undertakes diverse projects encompassing healthcare, rail, energy, data centres, and brownfield developments.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in engaging with various stakeholders on projects, superior communication skills, and a proven track record in securing new projects
• Possession of a BSc or MSc in a relevant field coupled with membership of the IAQM
• Proficiency in utilizing dispersion modelling software packages such as ADMS Roads, AERMOD, or ADMS5
• Thorough comprehension of UK Planning and regulations pertaining to Air Quality and other Environmental factors

Duties:

• Conduct onsite appraisals and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project life cycle management
• Execution of air quality modelling using tools like AERMOD, CALPUFF, or SLAB, alongside source testing involving measurement of emissions rates and ambient monitoring, a prerequisite predevelopment
• Preparation and compilation of client applications, as well as the creation of all requisite documentation and environmental compliance reports
