We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team, focusing on the maintenance and repair of all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, with a particular emphasis on your core discipline.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with managers, medical staff, nursing staff, and other client personnel to ensure the effective functioning of all plant systems.

Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency and safety.

As an Electrical Engineer, your ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Under the general supervision of the Estates Officer undertake all aspects of electrical maintenance
• Repairs and installation of electrical services adhering to safety practices at all times
• Respond to and complete reactive repairs within the agreed timescales
• Report directly to the Estates Officer for the issue and feedback of work on a daily basis
• Working largely under their own supervision is able to diagnose faults and carry out installations recommending spares and materials
• Actively participate in efforts to reduce plant and machinery downtime and reduce maintenance spending
• Record all details of work carried out for statistical and reporting purposes in a manner determined by the Senior Estates Officer

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Post apprenticeship experience
• Minimum C & G craft qualification in core trade
• 17th / 18th Edition
