Our client, a leading Building Services Consulting Engineering firm, is on the lookout for talented individuals to join their team in various roles:

Mechanical Services Design Engineer, Senior Mechanical Services Design Engineer, Associate Mechanical Design Engineer.

As a key member of the team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects spanning healthcare, retail, education, office fit-outs, and more.

You'll frequently collaborate within a dynamic team, engaging directly with Clients, External Architects, Structural Engineers, and Diverse Consultants. Additionally, you'll take the helm as Project Manager for mechanically focused projects, overseeing Subcontracted Architects or Structural Engineers, orchestrating site meetings, meticulously documenting proceedings, and managing essential contract documentation.

From conception to completion, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing projects to life.

Are you the right person for the job?

• CEng or IEng qualification, or working towards it
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven project management experience
• Financial acumen and attention to detail

What will your role look like?

• Preparation of tender, contract, and construction stage documents and drawings
• Presenting projects to clients, stakeholders, and design teams
• Monitoring on-site activities and attending progress meetings
• Conducting surveys, feasibility studies, and reports
• Managing projects and subcontractors, including architects and structural engineers
• Financial control of projects, including contract management and invoicing
