Position: Fire & Security Install and Commissioning Engineer (Security Bias)

Location: Surrey/Kent Area 

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Install and Commissioning Engineer with a strong focus on security systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV systems. You will be responsible for the installation and commissioning of these systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission fire alarm, intruder alarm, access control, and CCTV systems.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on system operations.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance system capabilities.
• Ensure all installations comply with relevant health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the installation and commissioning of fire & security systems, with a bias towards intruder alarms, access control, and CCTV.
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with leading security system brands.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
