Labour Hire are looking for a BIM MODELER for a well-established company in DEESIDE.
 

About You:

• High work ethic & team player.
• Punctual & reliable.
• Flexible approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency in BIM software Revit (AutoCAD MEP knowledge is advantage).
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.
• Experience creating detailed 3D models of mechanical systems for construction projects.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience creating detailed 3D models of mechanical systems for construction projects.

About the Role:

• Monday-Friday 07:00-17:30.
• Rate: £300.00 per day.
• To draw the projects in accordance with the local, national, and international standards and regulations/specifications.
• To carry out the drawings in the specified time and in the desired specifications.
• To prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• To communicate the failures to the Project Engineer/Design Engineer/Design Manager.
• To observe behaviors that include corporate behavioral characteristics such as accountability, dedication, compliance with company rules and cooperation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.
• 6 year project.
• Start: Subject to interview.
