JUNIOR INTERNAL TECHNICAL SALES

Role Overview:

As a Junior Internal Technical Sales Consultant, you'll play a vital role in the team, combining your technical skills and creativity to support company's sales efforts. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow within the lighting and electrical manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design 3D presentations and manage technical sales administration.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and provide expert advice on installations and product operations.
• Upsell products and components when possible to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Undergo training on mainstream architectural software such as CAD, AutoCAD, Revit, Relux, or Dialux.
• Produce detailed 3D images and wiring diagrams for client applications.
• Support the Director and liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Process orders, introduce new products, and ensure adherence to quality control and health and safety policies.
