Carmichael are seeking a Learning and Development administrator to join the team on a temporary basis in Maidenhead.

Job Description/Purpose

To assist the Service Delivery Team with administrating training and development courses.

To assist the talent team with general administration relating to programme delivery.

To ensure the learning platform stays updated with accurate training record information.

Key Responsibilities

Upload course registration documents onto Cornerstone LMS

Mark delegate attendance records using sign in sheets.

Assist with managing the L&D inbox and actioning queries.

Create certificates for internal training courses as required.

 Collect and manage the delivery of competency cards/certificates and distribution across the business.

General invoicing administration support.

  Create joining instructions for internal and external courses as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Intermediate to Advanced skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel

Good attention to detail

Experienced in the administration, reporting and functionality of different learning management systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work on multiple tasks
