Job Opportunity: Mobile Building Services Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical Bias)
Location: Covering Commercial Sites Within the M25
Salary: Up to £42,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Benefits: 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, 4% Pension, Van + Fuel Card Provided
Are you a skilled Building Services Engineer with an electrical or mechanical bias? Join our clients team as a Mobile Building Services Engineer and work across various commercial sites within the M25 area!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks, planned preventative maintenance (PPMs), and attend to reactive tasks.
- Maintain and service Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), boilers, and other building services equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all systems are operating efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose and repair faults promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Building Services Engineer with either an electrical or mechanical bias.
- Strong knowledge of maintaining AHUs, FCUs, boilers, and general building services systems.
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively.
- Valid driving license.
