Role Overview:
As a Senior Electronic Design Engineer, you'll design and implement encryption and secure solutions. You'll be part of a collaborative team, providing technical support and mentorship to junior engineers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Design and test high-speed digital and analogue circuits.
  • Create complex multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs).
  • Troubleshoot, modify, and enhance existing designs.
  • Support product development and offer fault diagnostics.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and evaluate their relevance to our products.

About You
Technical Competencies:

  • High-speed digital and analogue circuit design.
  • PCB design (e.g., Altium Designer).
  • Troubleshooting and modifying designs.
  • Technical leadership and problem-solving.
  • Documenting technical content.

Core Competencies:

  • Enthusiasm for electronic design and new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Self-motivated and innovative.
  • Good communication and customer focus.
  • Strong time management and troubleshooting skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of RF design (e.g., Wi-Fi, NFC, or cellular).
  • Understanding of cryptography.

**Due to the nature of their work, you’ll need to obtain and maintain an appropriate UK security clearance therefore you will need to be a British Passport holder**

Salary £50/78k depending on experience.
