A leading UK-based facilities management company is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician with qualifications in either Commercial Gas or Air Conditioning to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of mechanical and HVAC maintenance, service, and repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Service and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct mechanical maintenance tasks as required.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency breakdowns.
• Liaise with clients and other team members to provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

• Qualified in Commercial Gas or Air Conditioning (F-Gas)
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a supermarket or large retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
