• Oversee and update design guides for building services.
• Collaborate with experts to implement standardized solutions.
• Review deviations from design guides and assess their feasibility.
• Develop budgets for major maintenance and lifecycle plans.
• Advise on building condition and conduct detailed service assessments.
• Prioritize maintenance work based on business needs and building health.
• Lead the transition to proactive asset management (ISO 55001 principles).
• Represent the FM team for new building installations.

About You

• Proven experience in Building Services Engineering, particularly mechanical systems.
• Deep understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience in preparing specifications for maintenance and capital works.
• Knowledge of asset management principles (ISO 55001 preferred).
• Ability to implement standardized engineering solutions efficiently.
• Familiarity with energy-efficient solutions for buildings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
