My client, an industry leader in city scale decarbonisation, are in need of a Project Manager (Design) to join and make a real impact.
My client fund, design build, operate and maintain low carbon district energy networks and building energy systems. They're and innovative and Design led company looking to hire proactive, intelligent professionals to assist on their mission.
Tasks:
- Managin Design Team resources across design projects my using systems and tools to track utilisation and availability.
- General reporting
- Identify resource gaps and assist in the engagement of 3rd party contractors
- Collaborate with development, construction and pre-construction teams to understand project requirements.
- Post project delivery evaluations.
Knowledge and Qualifications:
- 3-5years of experience in relivent project management or engineering design.
- Understanding of heat and utility networks
- Experience with MS Project, Autocad and/or Procore
