An excellent opportunity for an experienced Multi-Skilled Fire Alarm Engineer to join a well-established company.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Location: Manchester.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum, Depending on Experience.

Currently recruiting for a multi-skilled fire protection engineer covering the North West, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their career. You may not have knowledge in all fire safety disciplines but as long as you can make things happen so can we.

Key Duties (But not limited too):

  • Installing lifesaving systems.
  • Corrective and preventative maintenance to fire alarms, fire extinguishers, evacuation chairs, electrical appliances and emergency lighting systems.
  • Providing certification and detailed job reports using our job management software app.
  • Effectively communicating with customers and ensuring their needs are always met.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Two years’ experience within the fire safety industry
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of Industry Standards
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • Professional and presentable.
  • Excellent organisational and reporting/communication skills.
  • Positive work ethic and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • A minimum of 5 GCSE’s or same level qualification grade 5-9 or A-C in old grading system including Maths and English Language.
  • Full UK driver’s license.
  • Must hold the right to work in the UK.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and an interest in problem solving.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
