Salary & Benefits:
- £15.25 per hour
- £500 annual attendance bonus
- 25 days annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays
- SSP for the first 12 months, then company sickness scheme

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
- 4 years panel wiring experience
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
- Electrical qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Wiring control panels/switchgear
- Assisting with assembly/modifications of switchgear
- Labelling control panels
- Panel fit out as needed
- Completing and handling documentation professionally
- Maintaining a clean and tidy work area
- Adhering to all Manes Controls policies
Flexible Working Hours:
- Complete 38 hours between Monday-Thursday for a 4-day week option
- Overtime requirement: minimum 6 hours for flexible working benefits
Normal Working Hours:
- Mon-Thurs: 7.30am – 4pm
- Fri: 6.30am - 12.30pm
Flexi Time Rules:
- Accrued hours can only be taken on Friday
- Earliest start: 5am, earliest finish: 3pm, max 10 hours/day
- Holiday and sick days paid at 8 hours (Mon-Thurs), remaining hours to be made up
- Flexibility required for specific job or sitework demands
- 3-month trial period for flexi time; company reserves the right to adjust terms
