Field Sales Representative

We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to join an independent UK based Stainless Steel stockholder who are expanding their operations within the South Yorkshire area.

With significant growth within the North of the UK - our clients have decided to invest in a new distribution centre to service the area more efficiently! With a new site opening later this year - an Field Sales Representative is required to increase brand awareness and service existing accounts.

This role has the opportunity to progress into a more senior position within the company in time, making this an excellent opportunity!

What you will be responsible for:

• Develop robust sales plans, within the constraints of operational capacity, that seek to secure profitable new market share and gross margin growth.
• Product training where you’ll get to know the team, learn the business, products, and customers.
• Personally, lead negotiations with potential customers and through regular meetings, build relationships to maximise commercial opportunities with them.
• Be an ambassador for high customer service standards that seek to build customer retention levels.
• Process sales enquiries / orders and see all administration through to completion, ensuring excellent levels of customer service.
