- Starting salary negotiable pending experience plus bonuses earned (roughly £50,000+ uncapped annual earnings) and company car.
- 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturdays 9:00am-12:00pm.
- First hand stake in helping drive our client's business forward.

General Manager Person Specification:
- Previous General Manager / Dealer Principal experience within a Motor Trade business
- A General Manager who leads from the front and is able to motivate the team to success
- Evidence of a steady and progressive career path
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads.
- Recruitment, training, coaching and development of all members of staff
- Fully responsible for the P&L of the dealership
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the manufacturer
- Focused on Customer Service and ensure that all staff deliver a professional service.
