Job Title – Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Job Location – Mid Ulster (Flexible to travel)

Salary – £40K - £50K plus package

About the Company:

A Construction company delivering projects up to the value of £20 million are looking for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team.

Projects are inclusive of office developments, retail, heritage and listed buildings, residential, apartments/ bespoke housing, industrial, healthcare and sports & Leisure.

Must be flexible to travel across Ireland and the UK when required on a weekly basis with a mixture of being in the office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation and updating of contact budget.
• Responsible for contractual and legal aspects of project.
• Liaison with Senior Management.
• Administration of contract records.
• Production of monthly JCR’s and JCS’s.
• Attendance at contractor handover meeting.
• Attendance at bi-weekly contract review meetings.
• Updating of cash reporting and collection.
• Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan.
• Relationship with clients, supply chain and professional team.

Criteria Required:

• Third level qualification in QS or Construction management.
• 5+ years’ experience working in a QS Role.
• Cost management & administration skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft excel and project
• Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Travel when required on a weekly basis.
• Clean Driver’s License.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
