Look no further!  We're on the lookout for a committed Assembly Operative to join our client's established and thriving business in Dorchester on a permanent basis. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, working closely with experienced colleagues to learn the ins and outs of the role.

As an Assembly Operative your duties will involve:

• Assist in the assembly and production processes using hand & power tools.
• Safely operating machinery in compliance with health and safety standards
• Providing support across various production tasks as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the work area

As an Assembly Operative, you’ll have:

• Previous experience in machining, assembly, or a related field.
• A keen eagerness to learn and thrive in a dynamic production setting.
• Excellent attention to detail, reliable and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
