An award-winning, Chartered Building Surveying firm are looking for experienced Building Surveyor to join their growing team!

We are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to manage complex works projects, conduct building surveys, deal with licenses to alter and party wall matters.

As a Building Surveyor you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Obtaining a clear client brief and proactively managing the client relationship.
• Maintaining accurate records on the practice management system.
• Complying with RICS guidance in a professional manner
• Preparation and issue of technical reports according to the corporate style.
• Undertaking site visits for inspection and monitoring purposes.
• Consultation with leaseholders, designers, contractors, managing agents and solicitors.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the Built environment.
• Degree or equivalent in Building Surveying / Building Conservation or Construction related subject.
• Highly computer literate (Microsoft skills essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence.
