Due to continued expansion, we're recruiting an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our well established client.
Job Duties:
- To maintain and repair all manufacturing equipment, analysing faults and providing a solution in a safe and timely manner to maximise machine up time.
- Service equipment to agreed PM schedules.
- 1st Line response to breakdowns.
- Carry out agreed improvement modifications to capital equipment.
- Carry out mechanical and electrical work as required or instructed in a safe and efficient manner at all times.
- Complete daily logs and data capture via CMMS system.
- Carry out duties required whilst contributing to the ongoing Continuous Improvement of process and product.
Requirements:
- Time served Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship.
- HNC/D certificate or equivalent.
- 5 years experience in similar role.
- Proven ability to fault find and problem solve.
- Faultfinding PLC systems.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience.
- Servo Drives experience - Desirable.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification - Desirable.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm.
