Position: M&E Engineer (Semi-static)

Location: Wimbledon 3 days, Hammersmith 2 days

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Salary: £40,000 - £44,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and engineering tasks at commercial office in Wimbledon, ensuring the smooth operation of all M&E systems. 2 days in Hammersmith 4
• Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide technical support and assistance to other team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a similar M&E engineering role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality maintenance services.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems,
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Effective communication skills,
• Flexibility to work between multiple sites and adapt to changing priorities.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications would be advantageous.
